1. Paracelsus Longevity 7-Day Comprehensive Health Check-Up Programme

This program is built on the idea that early detection is key to preventing chronic diseases. It focuses on identifying risks for the top five causes of death in the Western world - heart disease, cancer, respiratory issues, stroke, and Alzheimer's - long before they become critical concerns. As Liz Jones aptly stated in the Daily Mail:

"Real change, enduring change, happens one step at a time. It's all about preventive medicine. It's catching things before they happen."

Diagnostic Scope

The program goes far beyond standard tests like routine bloodwork, employing cutting-edge diagnostics such as Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) and a full-body MRI. WGS provides a complete DNA analysis to identify genetic risks, assess biological age, and establish a genetic baseline for lifelong health planning. The full-body MRI offers a comprehensive scan, including specialized neurological evaluations to detect early signs of Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative conditions.

Cardiovascular health is meticulously examined using a 24-hour ECG, HRV testing, and ultrasound imaging to observe heart function in real-world conditions. Beyond this, the program evaluates mitochondrial performance, gut microbiome health, and stress hormone levels. Cancer screenings include advanced blood marker tests, with optional endoscopies available for more detailed assessments.

Personalization

The program’s diagnostic results shape an entirely tailored wellness plan. A team of 15 specialists - including doctors, psychiatrists, and nutritional scientists - focuses exclusively on one client at a time, ensuring a 15:1 client-to-specialist ratio. Following the seven-day stay, clients receive a comprehensive report exceeding 100 pages, outlining detailed findings and a step-by-step guide for implementing lifestyle and medical adjustments. Oversight is provided by Professor Dr. Thomas C. Südhof, a Nobel Prize laureate in Medicine and Physiology (2013).

Privacy and Efficiency

The program prioritizes both privacy and seamless service. Operating on a one-client model, it ensures undivided attention to your care. Client identities are anonymized in all internal communications, staff adhere to strict confidentiality agreements, and secure, encrypted channels safeguard sensitive information. For added discretion, transportation is handled via limousines with untraceable license plates. If work obligations cannot be postponed, the facility provides in-house conference rooms and secure communication options. Additionally, medical staff can accompany clients on work-related travel when needed.

Exclusive Amenities

The experience includes staying in a 2,700-square-foot private penthouse overlooking Lake Zurich. A personal chef skilled in psychonutrition prepares every meal, while a dedicated butler manages your daily needs. A private driver, with a Bentley Flying Spur at your disposal, is available 24/7. Guests also enjoy full access to the renowned Dolder Grand Spa, making the journey toward optimal health both thorough and luxurious.

2. Paracelsus Longevity 3-Day Comprehensive Health Assessment

For those seeking a fast yet thorough health evaluation, the 3-Day Comprehensive Health Assessment delivers a detailed and efficient option. At a cost of 25,000 CHF, this program packs extensive medical check-ups, advanced lab testing, a full psychiatric evaluation, and an in-depth lifestyle and fitness review - all within just 72 hours.

Diagnostic Scope

This assessment takes a deep dive into cardiovascular, neurological, and metabolic health markers. What sets it apart is its mandatory psychiatric evaluation, reflecting Paracelsus Recovery's philosophy:

"There is no longevity without mental health."

While typical check-ups might analyze 20–30 biomarkers, this program goes beyond, integrating functional medicine with specialist expertise. This approach helps identify early health risks that routine tests often overlook. The result? A diagnostic process that forms the foundation for a highly tailored care plan.

Personalization

Every evaluation is uniquely crafted for the individual. A dedicated interdisciplinary team of 15 experts - including internists, nutrition specialists, and psychiatrists - focuses solely on one client at a time. Following the assessment, clients receive a comprehensive report and a personalized treatment plan tailored to their biomarkers and lifestyle. This program is ideal for busy professionals like executives and entrepreneurs who need detailed insights delivered efficiently.

Privacy and Efficiency

The clinic’s commitment to privacy is unparalleled. With a one-client-at-a-time approach, confidentiality is prioritized through anonymized records, encrypted communication, and discreet transportation.

Exclusive Amenities

While accommodation isn’t included in the base price, the program offers exclusive transportation services and access to the world-class Dolder Grand Spa. Additionally, a dedicated 5-person hospitality team handles logistics, schedules, and any other needs during the stay. These features combine to provide a seamless and premium experience for clients seeking top-tier care.

Pros and Cons

Both programs offer thorough diagnostics, complete privacy, and highly tailored care - but they differ quite a bit in terms of scope, depth, and what’s included in the price. Here's a side-by-side breakdown to help you compare:

Category	7-Day Comprehensive Health Check-Up ($120,000)	3-Day Comprehensive Health Assessment ($25,000)
Diagnostic Scope	Includes Whole Genome Sequencing, epigenetic testing, full-body MRI, sleep studies with brain wave monitoring, 24-hour ECG, dental, dermatology, gynecology, and cancer screenings (with optional endoscopies)	Covers comprehensive medical check-ups, extensive lab work, cardiovascular and metabolic markers, psychiatric evaluation, and fitness analysis
Personalization	Offers a 100-page recommendation report, step-by-step implementation guide, psychonutrition meal planning, and a follow-up debrief 4–6 weeks after the stay	Provides a detailed report and treatment plan based on biomarkers and lifestyle, but lacks long-term genetic insights
Privacy	Features a private penthouse residence, untraceable license plates, redacted names in all internal communications, and encrypted channels	Ensures high clinical discretion with anonymized records and encrypted communications, but without the private residential setup
Amenities	Includes a private penthouse, personal chef trained in psychonutrition, Bentley with a private driver, a 5-person hospitality team, and access to the Dolder Grand Spa	Offers exclusive transportation and Dolder Grand Spa access, but accommodation and full hospitality services are not part of the package
Team Ratio	A dedicated 15:1 team (15 medical specialists and 5 hospitality staff serving one client)	A multidisciplinary team of 15 experts devoted to one client at a time

The 7-day program provides a fully immersive experience, complete with a private penthouse, personalized nutrition, and a dedicated hospitality team. It also delivers genetic insights and other diagnostics that a shorter program simply cannot match. At $120,000, it’s a substantial investment, but one designed for those seeking the most comprehensive care possible.

On the other hand, the 3-day program is a more accessible option at $25,000. It still offers advanced diagnostics and a mandatory psychiatric evaluation, going far beyond a typical executive health check. However, it doesn’t include a residential stay, private chef, or genome sequencing. For a busy executive looking for fast, high-quality answers without committing a full week, this trade-off might make it the better choice.

This comparison highlights the strengths of each program, helping you weigh your health priorities and decide which option aligns best with your needs.

Conclusion

Here's a quick recap to help you decide between the two programs.

Both options offer cutting-edge diagnostics and a high level of privacy, but they cater to different needs and schedules.

If you’re ready to commit a full week, the 7-Day Comprehensive Health Check-Up Programme ($120,000) provides an extensive diagnostic experience. It includes exclusive residential services, hospitality perks, and a private environment, ensuring a thorough and comfortable health evaluation.

For those short on time, the 3-Day Comprehensive Health Assessment ($25,000) is a more compact option. It focuses on advanced lab testing, a psychiatric evaluation, and a detailed treatment plan, though it doesn't include residential stays or in-depth genetic analysis.

As Paracelsus Longevity puts it:

"Many of the conditions that shorten our lives are completely preventable if identified early enough. Our longevity analysis and assessment provide you with that life‐extending information."

Ultimately, your choice depends on how much time you can dedicate and how in-depth you want your health assessment to be.
