Pre-publication release of ranking edition `2026-10-01` under the Leading Rehabs Open Assessment Standard (LROAS) 1.0.0. The edition is frozen at publication; until then cite this data as "LROAS edition 2026-10-01, standard 1.0.0, pre-publication release". Before the freeze, own-site pages of the three clinics tied at rank 1 were re-read on 2026-10-01 under the strict reading. New first-party evidence for paracelsus-recovery raised C2, C3 and C6 (public 58 to 61). Nightingale and Les Alpes were re-read the same day with no score change.
